Water service Installation:

Installing water service lines involves connecting a municipal or private main water supply to a building. This will involve obtaining plans and permits for the project. Once the pipe is installed and before backfilling the water service line, the service line will be pressure tested to ensure the pipe is not leaking. After the water service line is installed, the pipe will be inspected. Once the water service line installation is approved, the line will be backfilled and compacted.

Repair of a water service line will include replacing or fixing a service line that delivers water to a building or property. If you have low pressure, discolored water or visible leaks around the property, this could be a sign of an issue with the water service line.

• Once the problem area is located, the ground will be excavated to expose the problem area of the water service line.
• Depending on the extent of the water service line damage, the pipe could be patched or replaced.
• After the water service line is repaired, the system will be tested to ensure no leaks are present.
• Once the system is repaired, the area will be backfilled and compacted.
